Syllabus - Instrumental
- All classes are Own Choice. Selections must be taken from the following syllabi: RCM Flute 2010, Oboe 2006, Clarinet 2014, and Recorder 2008.
- Competitors must follow rules regarding performing from memory as stipulated in these syllabi.
- Repeats are to be omitted unless otherwise specified.
- In instrumental classes Level 5 or lower, competitors may have their instruments tuned by a teacher or other individual.
- Competitors requiring music stands must supply their own.
Kiwanis Bowl Alumnae
- Winners of the Kiwanis Bowl of former years are eligible to compete in these classes, providing all rules are observed. Competitors must not perform the same selection with which they have obtained a first place standing at the CKMF in previous years.
- Competitor’s OWN CHOICE is not to be below Level X level. One selection must be ARCT or ACC.
- Competitors must follow the rules regarding performing from memory as stipulated in the RCM or Conservatory Canada syllabi for their level.
